Justine, Founder of the 

Chemistry Lounge Salon and Master Stylist.

 She is most known for specializing in transformational blondes and is very well rounded in all types of hair coloring techniques as well as hair extensions.

She is an industry educator working with brands such as Brazilian Blowout, with over a decade of experience

 who takes pride in helping other stylists grow in their career and is passionate about helping them reach new levels of success. When she's away from the salon she loves to spend time with her family, watch live music, and travel.

 With 8 years of experience behind the chair, I specialize in blondes, balayages, and extensions, creating seamless, lived-in color and full transformations. I am passionate about helping every client feel confident, refreshed, and beautiful when they leave my chair.  When I’m not in the salon, you can find me chasing after my toddler, grabbing an iced coffee, or soaking up time by the beach 🤍

 Rachel specializes in Brazilian Blowout and Cezanne smoothing treatments, blonding, lived in color, and long layered cuts. She has been in the industry since 2012 and is also an educator for Brazilian Blowout. Rachel is passionate about connecting with her clients and her main goal is to make her clients feel like their best self. When she’s not behind the chair you can find Rachel in a Pilates class, watching live music, catching up on reality tv, and spending time with family and friends. 

 Noelle is a Master Colorist, who specializes in all color transformations. She loves lived in color, the blondest of blonde, rich reds, dimensional tones, and any vivid rainbow you can give her. She specializes in alternative cuts. Bobs, Layers, fringe, Shapely styles are her dream. Color, cut, extensions, a full transformation is up her alley. She takes pride in her connection with her clients and her ability to create beautiful for work but allowing you to enjoy your journey in the way. When she’s away from the salon, she’s at the beach or thrifting her next piece of art. 

Brittany is a versatile stylist specializing in color transformations, color corrections, and extensions. She is passionate about creating customized looks that enhance each client’s natural beauty and bring their vision to life. Nothing means more to her than seeing the confidence my clients gain when they leave my chair. Outside of the salon, you can find her spending time with family, reading, or enjoying a day at the beach.

 Brandon is a passionate hairstylist dedicated to creating effortless, confidence-boosting looks tailored to each client. With a strong eye for detail and a love for modern, lived-in color, he specializes in dimensional blonding, seamless extensions, and cuts that enhance natural movement. When he’s not behind the chair, Brandon stays inspired through traveling, spending time with friends and family, and catching up with reality tv.

 Jena specializes in Festival braids and loves blondes. She loves helping her clients feel beautiful and confident. When she’s not at the salon she’s coaching cheer, traveling or spending time with her family.

Lily is a curly hair focused stylist specializing in lightener, color, and cutting texture. Lux vibes meet in-depth education in all of her services! Lily, having curly hair herself, has always had a passion for texture. She is always accepting new clients and would love to help you better understand your hair!
